I had an apartment from a completely different part of town booked, I booked it a week in advance. In accordance with the instructions, I waited for all the guidelines related to the possibility of booking in the apartment on arrival, I did not receive them, so I called the owner who informed me that the apartment selected due to the Covid restrictions is turned off consumption - I was transferred to another smaller one which I am assessing . in another part of the city for the same money - as it turned out later on booking com, the apartment I was transferred to was worth PLN 180 instead of the 225 zloty that I had to pay for the proper apartment. The place is neglected, dirty, the toilet stinks ... I do not recommend - I am waiting for the settlement whether I will be charged a smaller or higher fee because on Booking.com the owner did not cancel the previous booking
I had booked a room with my friends, after which on the same day as we were in Szczecin, we received an email at 8:33 with the reservation was canceled and we had no where to go and we saw him at 15 when we were to go to the apartment, for that we called with 20was, and then we were redirected to another where we were in vain again and we wasted our time, just pathetic
