Your desk is the best office space I have had the privilege of using for the last year. The people/ tenants here are all business owners who are more than start-ups (with dues respect) and therefore a community I have been able to help and use their services as well! It is a symbiotic community, truly helping each other succeed in business.
Neil and Carl are just wonderful people to deal with and I have grown to really enjoy working outside of home. They are friendly and very people oriented and truly care for your business. Highly recommend them any day and I hope to be part of this space for years to come.
I don't know how much for the rent but it is ideal place for a single business owner or start-up company.

Emerge is such a lovely space for any team of any size. Edwina and her team offer an experience of such ease to all tenants. The close-knit and fun community spirit help make going to work every day that much easier. Our team has worked in a few co-working spaces and nothing has been as special, efficient and seamless as working at Emerge.
For a while I thought the notion of a manufactured work culture was a little lame.
Now being in one made me appreciate that it all helps make that 9 to 5 a little more tolerable.
What WeWork gets right are the little things like communal kitchen organisation and water (in particular cups and mugs distribution and cleaning).
This one on Castlereagh gets a little more than that right. Great views of the city and bay, in house Barista and airy and bright open areas.
YBF Sydney has been home to my numerous ventures over the past 3 years. The flexibility of the month-by-month scale-up/scale-down has been really valuable in aligning costs with business (revenue) cycle. Beyond this YBF Sydney has been the event space for numerous functions, meetups and product launches (including hosting a number of our international partners). Finally the good mix of tenants being startups, international scaleups and corporate innovation hubs makes this a dynamic, inspiring and fun place to call home.
WeWork Martin Place is a top, trendy and brilliant Coworking Space that I have run many events at and love to visit. They do a great job and brilliant location. I love their work!
