A great place to discuss synergy and cohesion, then horse-shoe back to what was originally discussed. Truly, you'll hit the ground running in this silicon valley microcosm - you'll just also hit the ground sans a few hundred dollarydoos a month. If LinkedIn and a marketing team from a place that has no dress code and promotes inclusion over table-tennis had a face - Hub would be it. Too smashed avo for my liking, but that doesn't make it not excellent.
Lovely place. Have worked there for a couple of years. Convenient, friendly, good setup and well maintained.
Best place to work in the city and the passports options are epic when travelling
Our home away from home. My business partner and I started our business, The Hummingbirds, two years ago in the original William Street Hub and moved to Hub Hyde Park when it opened last year. Fantastic design, amazing people, social events, great location, beautiful rooftop cafe and balcony, dog friendly, and everything you need whether you are a start up or established business. Our clients love coming us. My favourite member times are fortnightly Thursday Breakfast Club and weekly Friday Wine Down.
Friendly space with a great terrace space. Unfortunately the meeting rooms are pretty limited and they've just converted two of them into "special" spaces which you cant book with credits, but are around $60 per hour.
The Hub would benefit from more smaller noise insulated spaces as well, to augment the single "phone booth" style unit on level 3. Other co-working spaces have figured this out, with other local options offering 6-8 phone booth style one or two person "pods" per floor (which aren't bookable, but are free and suggest a time limit of 2 hours per use).
Drinks on a Friday night are good for the community, and there are lots of interesting companies in the Hub Hyde Park. Printing and kitchen spaces are great, there's good light on level 3 and the staff are really friendly.
