You don't feel like a client but more like part of the family. Their charges are really great for the services provided and their staff are always there to help with any requests made. Bligh St office is quiet and has a warm community atmosphere. The staff are great. The building manager Pawel is very efficient. The admin manager Sharon is superb in assisting us and is always helpful. The other ladies such as Alice, Mika are lovely too. We’ve been enjoying staying here!
