I chose Iconic for our team’s office space and am very pleased with the facilities and staff. Located in the premium Park Square building, Iconic’s campus is high-tech, high-service and my offices are tall wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and sparklingly new furnishings. After many years in multiple co working spaces, always having to sacrifice something I found Iconic, I could not be happier or more impressed. The place is incredibly well done, luxurious, and professional. They spent the time and the energy to create a sense of place, community, and thinking through their customers needs so supplies and services are easily accessible to me. The image the office space provides shows my clients, investors, and employees alike we are a successful company that they want to be doing business with. The offices are large, quiet and made for professionals not mini cubes for college kids. The other customers are other successful professionals and most are business owners offering great networking opportunities. Since it's brand new and run by the most incredible staff I highly recommend Iconic. Short story I never write reviews but Iconic team deserves the praise. When I needed a fedex package sent out for same day for a large deal closing but Fedex had already come and left earlier in the day they rushed out, tracked down an open store, and got it mailed out saving my deadline. I tried to tip them to thank them for going so above and beyond and they politely declined and said of course happy to do it anytime...WOW! Iconic is by far the best CoWorking space I’ve ever been a part of. The location is fantastic, the environment is unbelievable and the team really is outstanding. Love this place, makes working so much better!
Very High End Co-Working/Office space that caters to all business needs. Everything from the Staff to the patrons are friendly which gives a sense of community. Located in Aventura Park Square which is in a Prime location. Very professional.
This is the best co-working space in Miami! very high, lots of natural light and excellent customer service.
