STPI is a government sponsored building which help starts up incubate and use their infrastructure. However the prices aren’t startup friendly and they are more for full fledged commercial businesses. Taking the price point aside the place is Great for work when it comes to working environment specially in a place like Kashmir, the only office building in Srinagar with central heating systems for the harsh winters which a blessing. The administrative staff is well trained and also well behaved. However getting the space is also not so easy here. Takes long efforts and time to enroll for the incubation and of course the availability.
