Staff is amazing! Heated pool with bar a plus. Hotel is on the beach and views are breathtaking. The Sunset Grill was unexpectedly DELICIOUS!! ate there every day....unfortunately we did find Roaches in our room or else this would be 5 stars.
Amazing place with killer views. The high rise next to the beach has a fifth floor with great sea views as well as a spot to look at the SpaceX launch pad. Three pools, one heated, easy access to the beach and a spot to rinse off your feet afterward. Loved our stay here.
Amenities, location, and staff are amazing. The hotel room smelled a bit of mildew and needed a good cleaning. Overall was a really good stay. Loved it being right off the beach and my daughter loved the heated pool.
This was amazing! The resort is going through renovations for the better, but the staff alone made this amazing. Third time staying here in the past two months. Alyssa was so excited to greet us and was so thorough with explaining the amenities. Andrew was the gentleman that helped us the previous stay and was a ball of energy. Jorge was so helpful at the bar and made a drink I couldn’t remember the name of. And Maddie swung by our table to do a kitchen last call and gave us the opportunity to order food. Just such a great atmosphere all around. We checked in late at 9:30 pm because the previous hotel lost our reservation but we were able to score a last minute reservation. And now we are so glad we ended back here. 10 stars. We’ve been here 2 hours and interacted with 4 different representatives. I made sure to get their name because they deserve the recognition. Thank you!
Although under construction, the staff showed great energy in welcoming and verifying that our stay was enjoyable. Easy access to the beach and a skip and a hop away from the jetties. A per my son's demand the heated pool was super awesome.
