Bad experience. We were very excited to take our little one to enjoy his first pony ride. There was no communication nor instruction. I understand it is slow season, but the quality of customer service could have been a lot better. We just ended up leaving. You guys can do a lot better. Everyone should matter. Not just select groups or people.
My friend and I did the sunset horse back ride while visiting south padre island! It was a beautiful ride. The guides (who’s names I have forgotten- so sorry!) were amazing. They made us feel comfortable and helped us get a lot of good pictures during our ride. I will never forget our time there and would definitely visit again!
We did the sunset horseback ride for our group of 3 adults. The ride was great with Frank and Jenna as or guides. It's not just a single file trail ride; you can ride your horse around with a little freedom as you stay close to the group. The length of the ride is good for any experience level, and you really do get an hour and a half on the horse. It was also fun to ride both sides of the island with a little sand dune adventure in between. We'd definitely do this again.
My wife and I went on the sunset ride and had a great time! It’s a smooth ride and the horses are pretty gentle. We got some great pictures together thanks to the awesome staff!
Very fun and great place to take the kids. Lots of animals to pet!
