Ants in my room. No indoor pool. No free breakfast for the amount paid for
Beautiful rooms... more than a little noisy if you aren’t on the top floor, expect to hear fellow guests walking around and rearranging chairs on top of your room. Overall the rooms are prettier and more modern than the Hilton garden inn next door. The hotel restaurant is also better at the courtyard. But the customer service is without a doubt better at the Hilton. Overall I wanted to enjoy my stay more at the courtyard but I liked the Hilton garden inn better for its refinement. The courtyard should be a better hotel but customer service drops the ball.
Great, modern hotel. Excellent location. Splurge for the ocean view, top floor and you won't regret it. Massive, spacious rooms. Generous size balcony. Delicious restaurant and bar downstairs!
Great view of the Gulf. Now... when we signed in we were given a parking pass so that we could park in the parking lot. We are here for 7 nights ($1400+), half of those nights we had to park across the street because of the parking lot being full. As I walked thru the parking lot almost 40% of the cars don't have the parking pass. They are patrons of the bar/lounge. So to all the people thing of booking here? DON'T!!! We will never book here again. They don't value their patrons who spend the night, why would you want to stay. And when talking to the staff about the issue, they are extremely patronizing making it sod like the lounge customers are of more importance. As I said, we will not be coming back ever again. God help us if we were here when it was during a busy time, we would probably never get a parking spot close to the place.
Oh, and since there is no room service you will have to take care of everything yourself.
Hotel is great, front desk is accommodating and was able to get me and my husband a room the day of and get us checked in early. Our room was spacious and very clean bathroom was clean their pool area is great and their beach entrance and area is even better we didn't even have to leave the hotel for anything unless we wanted something different to eat. Definitely would recommend staying here
