While visiting Brownsville over the holidays, I needed space to work. Venture X was exactly what I needed and wanted. The place is modern, clean and competes with some of the co-working spaces in Dallas. I was very impressed! Extremely friendly staff - Sara was amazing! Hospitality was on point! I plan on renting space again next time I'm visiting. *I rented a private office for a week*
My friend and I did the sunset horse back ride while visiting south padre island! It was a beautiful ride. The guides (who’s names I have forgotten- so sorry!) were amazing. They made us feel comfortable and helped us get a lot of good pictures during our ride. I will never forget our time there and would definitely visit again!
This space is so beautiful and inviting. The lighting and design truly does make this somewhere to enjoy your work! The location is so convenient as well- great restaurants in the same area, which makes it easy to never leave!
The staff is attentive and helpful and know their members by name which is so much more than I would have ever expected! They go above and beyond to ensure the best experience. You can’t go wrong with Venture X!
This hotel has been a godsend during the Texas power outage and I feel so fortunate to be here. The staff is wonderful- they are so friendly, responsive and have kept the property in great shape. It's been such a nice respite and warm community during a really chaotic time. With stress compounded by covid, we really appreciate the hotel's sanitation efforts and cleaning care. Great job management and thank you for not using this time to price gauge people driven out of their homes. Can not recommend this place enough and express my appreciation- they really went above and beyond.
I hope all guests who stay here will be able to tip the cleaning staff generously too.

Good beach side hotel with beautiful ocean views. Rooms are a little dated. I consider this hotel the 2nd best hotel in South Padre after the Courtyard by Marriott almost next door. The rooms are a little dated compared to the courtyard and there is no competition between restaurants. The courtyard beats the Hilton. The one area where I thought the Hilton was better was customer service. The staff was friendlier/ more personable and seemed to care more. Hilton is selling this property short by not properly renovating it.
Great location! Nice furnishings! Clean! The kitchen might be a little better stocked with utensils and bowls /cookware but...if it were, they'd probably walk away. We will return next year without hesitation! Love this place!
Staff is amazing! Heated pool with bar a plus. Hotel is on the beach and views are breathtaking. The Sunset Grill was unexpectedly DELICIOUS!! ate there every day....unfortunately we did find Roaches in our room or else this would be 5 stars.
They made our vacation perfect. An accidental mistake in booking was quickly remedied. We will DEFINITELY be using them again and potentially buying real estate based on our experience.
Beautiful rooms... more than a little noisy if you aren’t on the top floor, expect to hear fellow guests walking around and rearranging chairs on top of your room. Overall the rooms are prettier and more modern than the Hilton garden inn next door. The hotel restaurant is also better at the courtyard. But the customer service is without a doubt better at the Hilton. Overall I wanted to enjoy my stay more at the courtyard but I liked the Hilton garden inn better for its refinement. The courtyard should be a better hotel but customer service drops the ball.
Second time staying with SPI Rentals and each time has been great! Love the views, the gated community as well as the hot tubs and pools! The refrigerator quit during my last stay they were there right away to replace it.
