The best co-working space in Bulgaria. Great atmosphere and people. The design is out of this world. Also great view and an amazing cafe that offers amazing specialty coffee and good cocktails on the rooftop.
Sketch is fantastic! As a Bulgarian academic based in Beijing and London, I travel to Sofia frequently and need an office space to rent short-term. The staff at Sketch is friendly and always keen to accommodate my flexible booking requests. Location is also excellent and allows me quick and easy access to central Sofia to attend meetings. The interior is on par with other co-working spaces that I have previously used in the UK and China and rent is good value for what you get. I highly recommend Sketch to anyone who needs office space in Sofia!
Incredible location, 5 minutes away walking from a free parking, high speed internet, great community and many games/tech/videogames available.
George (owner) is one of a kind, very helpful and caters to your needs almost individually.

Its truly a gem in the middle of Sofia
Malkite 5 operates out of the third floor of а historian building in the very heart of Sofia. It is a beautiful co-working with high ceilings, old wooden floors and double windows. Here you can meet people who are curious, take their side projects seriously and believe that collaborating is good for the soul.
The views from the space are indeed amazing! With all that glass, a small downside is that it can get a little bit hot in the summer, even with ACs on.
It's still a little bit hard to find. As mentioned in one of the previous reviews, there are no signs downstairs.
The open space is very spacious. Desks could be wider - there's not enough space if you're using a laptop stand.
When I was trying it out, I was the only one working in the open-space. Not sure if it's usually like this or because of the COVID situation. The staff was very helpful though!
I worked at Korner Coworking space for some weeks this summer and was very happy with everything. The location is perfect, great interior with so nice details. The internet connection is very fast. Iri found a solution for my individual requests - thank you so much for all your support. I wish the Korner team good luck and success in the future!
