A good place to spend a weekend. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was not far from the metro station Serdika. The city centre is 200 m away.
The hotel has a good location in Sofia. Close to everything. The room is very big and specious, very clean. The shower is big and has 2 tap water, one from the ceiling and another that you can hold.
Very covid oriented. We got the free spa with jacuzzi and hot sauna for one hour for private use!! They clean our room each morning and change the towels.
The breakfast was delicious! They serve each person according to his request, the staff are professional and kind and the food is served quiet fast. We enjoyed it very much!! Thank you
regular hotel for everyone. Good service in restаurant, polite reception, clean and pleasant.
The only accident was that someone in the next room was cooking and the smell came to us, but it lasted a short time.
