My experience with the agency was not 100% positive because although they were available in the booking stages, then once we arrived on site it was impossible to contact them because they did not answer the phone for days. In my opinion they should take care more of the apartments because in the second week of vacation I happened to have a very dirty house with a sticky kitchen counter and oven and the balconies we don't even talk about a sweep! Also some things were missing like the fact that we only had 4 glasses for a 6 bed house! It may seem like nonsense, but when I checked in I paid the full amount and I expected to find a clean environment and more attention and professionalism from them!
