Excellent communication and marketing agency, I worked there for two and a half years and I have complete confidence in the resources within it.
Mine is the atypical review of a candidate for the role of Account who was NOT selected. Why 5 stars? For three reasons.
1) Reliability in the selection of personnel. I faced three different interviews and meetings in the agency before hearing the owner say no, the course lasted about a month, with continuous exchanges of information, ideas and opinions. Always with courtesy and with uncovered papers.
2) Structure and organization. So far it is the most structured and qualitatively controlled agency I have ever met and set foot on. They know how to work and do it at excellent levels. It would have been difficult for me to meet their quality standards, I admit.
3) Again Seriousness. The reason why the owner chose not to accept my candidacy was a sign of great seriousness for me. If I had to choose, today, to whom to address myself, I would go straight to them and not from those who, years ago, had less problems and "hired" me (obligatory quotation marks) to do underpaid labor.
Not very serious, they advertise a service with results, but in reality it is only a publicity stunt. They are an agency like many others, they say they are so sure of their work that they can work on the results, but obviously they are not so sure! I do not argue about the skills, having not had the opportunity to test them, but certainly the services that are advertised, (being promised to the public) should correspond exactly to the services offered, when this is not the case there is an underlying problem on reliability.
