This is the best co-working space in Singapore. The Great Room staff are always friendly and hospitable, and it is such a joy to come into work every morning at The Great Room.
Came here to study under the hotdesk one day early bird promo. Very spacious with extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Noise level quite moderate, will get noisier during lunchtime, as expected from an office space. But, you can use the 2 telephone rooms available for ur zoom or conference calls.
A very decent coworking space. Internet is very fast, work conditions are good. Enough space for video calls. Coffee is good for a price. Some events. Don't expect to see digital nomads though.

Near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and 5 mins walking distance to Plaza Singapura through the underpass. The co-working space is quiet, not crowded, place is clean, Internet speed is about 16 to 18 Mbps download throughout, staff there are polite, professional, patience and helpful. It would be a 5 star place if they have F&B good stalls as it was too hot to walk out at. 12.30pm to Plaza Singapura. I 'melted' and was soaked with perspiration when I walked to PS and back for lunch.
Was previously from another workspace. Great place but service is bad, noisy and rowdy because of the free beer. I was then recommended to take up a space here by my clients. Very nice and cosy place with good location and love that it is near the MRT stations. The community here are extremely helpful and always response fast to my request.
Ms. Hanisha Kaur assisted me very patiently to find the most suitable venue for me.
I was in a hurry, urgently needed a venue and the website info was not good enough to figure out about the actual venue without viewing. And yet, Hanisha helped me a lot, answered all of my questions(many), sent me like 10 photos, other suggestions, and found another venue that I might be interested in. After quite a long hour of communication, I chose a meeting room and even invoice was out already but then I had to cancel it and had to found a new location.
All of this process, she responded immediately and finally I got a new place.
She was the problem solver.
I definitely will reach out to her in the future whenever I need a special venue to rent.
My experience there was super awesome! It was spacious, clean and lots of bright light. Coffee was pretty good too actually. Also it is so much calmer than other coworking spaces in the Bugis area, you could actually work in peace.
TGR at Raffles Arcade can be perplexing when you first waltz into the actual co-working space. For one, the colonial-style architecture lulls you into thinking you'd be stepping into a similar styled co-working area at TGR, but, it's the absolute opposite. Instead, you'll be greeted with a modern and contemporary office space - luxe, still - but a paradox within a colonial facade, a time skip, if it were. And this is what makes this a unique spot to be in the zone. Secondly, the team here is on the ball and always ready to go the extra mile, and that counts for a lot. Overall, if you have a space here, your guests will be undoubtedly impressed, but more importantly, your team, will be seriously comfortable. Recommended, on all counts.
