Can’t use office because of circuit breaker and they still want to charge us lol... prob better off going to wework or found8
Hello Spaces,
I understand if you are not able to provide a refund on my unused coworking office term during the Circuit Breaker (i.e. lockdown) period in Singapore.
All I asked for was for you to suspend my membership until the stay-at-home measures are officially lifted.
You should not be asking me to extend my membership right now in an attempt to sell me more of your "promotion offers". And brag that "hundreds of thousands of companies globally" are "thankful that [you're] able to work with them".
Your so-called *conditional* "rental rebates" are not providing any relief to small business owners/solo entrepreneurs right now. If you have branded yourself apart from your competitors for providing flexibility in your contract terms, why are you attempting to tie us down further at the worst possible time?
Why do you want us to continue paying rent when we are going to risk our lives to work in your offices? When more than half of your branches are closed in the first place?
Or are you just attempting to make us empty our pockets to corporate giants like you?
Most importantly, I am really disappointed at how condescending your accounts team has been towards me when I've been anxiously trying to reach out for the last 3 weeks. I have finally requested for a callback to prevent further miscommunication last week, but I guess this is all you have to offer me - another unprofessionally-crafted email to one of the thousands afflicted.
If this is the kind of customer service that you can offer your clients when they most need it, you are going to lose the loyalties of even the best ones i.e. me during this difficult period.
Goodbye then, you can keep my money.
I am writing this review as an e-commerce seller, who sold some items that had 410 North Bridge Road as the delivery address. The buyer, allesandro trygan, uses this address to forward himself items, and he initiated a chargeback after a successful delivery (I have a signed delivery order) to their front desk staff.
So allesandro claimed the order was fraudulent. I found out from the front desk indian man (same man who signed my delivery order) that this guy uses this address to forward himself via FedEx, so probably allesandro uses them as a mule to conduct his fraudulent activities. I have not bothered to ask SpacesWorks for help as most likely they will claim ignorance, which is true, they are just doing their job. I have contacted him via email, and he has claimed to look into the matter, but has done nothing.
So the moral of the story for anyone who wishes to use SpaceWorks is that they dont really bother who their tenants are, they could be scammers like allesandro, or any other person involved in illegal activity, and these maybe your co-tenants.
*This scam has lost me around $100 and I have made a police report with the Singapore Police Force, hopefully they can do something about it.
Charged our credit cards 2 months of fees when we signed up for 1 month of hot desk membership. Asked for refund back to the credit card but 2 months has past, no refunds received yet after multiple emails, phone calls and empty promises. Very disappointed.
I surprised by facilities and environment, really good place for renting office
