Warm cosy space to feel comfortable working in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It feels very personal int hat small sufficient space, hence homely yet vibrant. I like the segregation between the restaurant and work space but at the same time they are together right there.
Terrible customer service, in every aspect. So bad I would highly recommend any business owner not to be based at any Spaces or Regus group location anywhere unless you like bad customer experience and being overcharged.
The accounting side of things is a joke. I regularly got charged for things that were not correct, got refunded then charged again. They tried to charge me for things that they had agreed were part of the contract. A complete joke. They also didn't pass on discounts that they were getting from the government during the pandemic like other co-working places were doing. Very unhelpful while they were asking landlords for free rent not deferred free, something they didn't give their tenants.
Luckily I terminated early and got out never to go back. If you want to know more contact me.
