Great location immediately upon crossing the bridge to Siesta Key. 2 great pools, community grills, workout room, one of the best private beach accesses, within walking distance of convenience stores, rental companies, restaurants and night life.
Installed flooring for a couple very nice place to work

Beautiful grounds! Close to beach! And access to docks for a small vig.
