These are the best apartments I’ve ever seen. Plenty of detail and the design is beautiful. The amenities make it look like living at a resort. Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful throughout all my conversations with her. I’ve never met a leasing representative who is so pleasant and responsive.
I inquired about the new Botanic Waterside apartments because the impressive architectural photography and the pleasant location out in nature spoke to me. Sarah Robertson cheerily detailed floor plan options, the many amenities and dining options to come.
Botanic Waterside sits on a remote and rustic looking slice of gulf land and yet is in proximity to UTC Mall and to local family restaurants. My questions were handled by Ms. Robertson a classy and expedient manner -- and contracting my apartment home with her was a seamless experience. I'll proudly recommend the Waterside apartments in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota to friends.
We have not moved in yet but we toured the facilities and amenities! Everything looks great! Shari and Caitlin are very accommodating and awesome to work with! Looking forward to moving in the new year!
Moving is hard enough, but Sarah Robertson makes the whole experience a delight. She is patient, detailed, and will help you figure out all the things you didn’t know you wanted or needed out of your living situation. Highly recommend working with Sarah R. if you are considering Botanic Waterside.
I am from NJ I had to move to Sarasota for work. Due to the pandemic I couldn't come in person. I had looked all over the internet, nothing fit my needs or taste. I called the Batanic Waterside and spoke to Sarah Roberson SHE IS AMAZING!!! she worked with me to find the perfect apartment it took me I long time to decide and Sarah never lost patients with me. she want above and beyond she did video calls took pictures. I moved in Jan 5 Sarah was off that day, she called and told me Caitlin would help me on move in day. Caitlin was amazing also very helpful. Roberto and David on the Maintenance staff helped me with things also. Botanic Waterside has Fantastic amenities. beautiful views . I tell everyone from home I live in PARADISE!!!!!!! THANK YOU everyone especially Sarah Botanic Waterside deserves 100 STARS
