I loved the pool and the bathroom. TV, air condition worked fine. Breakfast: Luiz of choices but not too tasty. Sight from some of the rooms is amazing, however the ones which look to the inside are not so good. It is also very loud, my neighbors watched TV so loud that I couldn't sleep and my room was next to the little room where they keep the cleaning supplies so someone was constantly coming and going.. I returned though, because my first time I loved so much and I reserved well in advance, asking for either the same room (even though it was super loud, but I loved looking at the parliament building and the park!) or something on the same side, they said they cannot confirm and reserve a room I want (I said the floor I am staying at doesn't matter, only the side). Upon arrival they said they have upgraded me, giving me a bigger room with no window looking to the street (only to the inside of the building, so I basically kept on looking at other windows...) on the other side. I felt really bad there so I complained and suddenly they have found a room on the side I wanted. So thank you for that, but I wish we could have avoided all this, altough then I wouldn't have the insight to the other rooms and I couldn't write this review. All in all, focus on the park side and it will look amazing. The other rooms might be more silent though, so if that's more important for you, then maybe you will like those better.
My experience has been magnificent. Jesus is a great professional. He has explained each step clearly and patiently. It conveys a feeling of total seriousness and legal security, which is very welcome, especially when there has been no previous experience in the sale of a property, as is my case. On the other hand, on a personal level, I must say that he is a very kind and correct person. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. In case of need, I will not hesitate to contact him again. This was probably one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen and mind that I'm Italian. We were visiting it by chance and I would have never imagined such beauty inside. A must see and it's for free! Inside it's all golden. Go go go. Much more worth than other churches in Sevilla. Probably second place after the Cathedral

CoWorking office in a family atmosphere. € 120 personal space, or € 60 shared space with me (to alternate for weeks, days or whatever we agree on. I work a lot outside and come little). We are 5 colleagues, 4 in the large room, and 1 in the private room. Pets are allowed as long as they are quiet.
This place is simply outstanding. First, the managers Víctor and Sergio are some of the friendliest and most accommodating you'll meet. They're always the first to say hello and the last to leave me hanging if I've needed anything at all. They even arranged to buy a little computer component I needed for a project. The WiFi is super fast as well, even with a relatively full house of active coworkers. I'm a video producer, so I'm sending huge files digitally, and it's been a breeze to work from Arcadia. There's also a wonderful emphasis on community here, where there are normally group breakfasts (not during COVID, unfortunately) and other ways to meet and connect with other coworkers. Having only been there a month, I've already made fast friends around me. I'm thrilled to have found this place!
