Definitely a place to know and I'd say the place to be in seville.
Good standard of accommodation and there is car parking. Don't forget to book the parking as alternatives are quite far away and expensive. Not so near the centre as it looks - but great value. Very near to the river and good bus service.
Cool space. Pretty chill. Also a co-working space. Maybe a bit too kid-friendly for grumpy old guys like us. (but perfect for families)
We didn't get to try one of their beers (there was only one on tap and it was a golden ale- not my style).
But all the beers on offer are local craft from andalusia. The guys behind the bar are really knowledgeable, happy to talk about the beers, and more than happy for you to taste everything!

This was probably one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen and mind that I'm Italian. We were visiting it by chance and I would have never imagined such beauty inside. A must see and it's for free! Inside it's all golden. Go go go. Much more worth than other churches in Sevilla. Probably second place after the Cathedral

It is a cozy coworking space - perfect place to work and create in a friendly atmosphere of people who respect time they spend together. Thinking Company is located in the city center of Seville and the access to your desk is 24/7!
I loved the pool and the bathroom. TV, air condition worked fine. Breakfast: Luiz of choices but not too tasty. Sight from some of the rooms is amazing, however the ones which look to the inside are not so good. It is also very loud, my neighbors watched TV so loud that I couldn't sleep and my room was next to the little room where they keep the cleaning supplies so someone was constantly coming and going.. I returned though, because my first time I loved so much and I reserved well in advance, asking for either the same room (even though it was super loud, but I loved looking at the parliament building and the park!) or something on the same side, they said they cannot confirm and reserve a room I want (I said the floor I am staying at doesn't matter, only the side). Upon arrival they said they have upgraded me, giving me a bigger room with no window looking to the street (only to the inside of the building, so I basically kept on looking at other windows...) on the other side. I felt really bad there so I complained and suddenly they have found a room on the side I wanted. So thank you for that, but I wish we could have avoided all this, altough then I wouldn't have the insight to the other rooms and I couldn't write this review. All in all, focus on the park side and it will look amazing. The other rooms might be more silent though, so if that's more important for you, then maybe you will like those better.
My experience has been magnificent. Jesus is a great professional. He has explained each step clearly and patiently. It conveys a feeling of total seriousness and legal security, which is very welcome, especially when there has been no previous experience in the sale of a property, as is my case. On the other hand, on a personal level, I must say that he is a very kind and correct person. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. In case of need, I will not hesitate to contact him again.
