Clean and safe. Good staff but no pool restrictions even with covid
It's an amazing hotel. Staff is very very friendly, food is very good (fish and salad were the best), the building is awesome, the hall leaves you mesmerized.
Although I couldn't see everything cause of covid rules, I really enjoyed the staying.
I would have loved a little bit of music at night when the open restaurant next to the pool becomes a bar

Borja at reception was very helpful, very good professional. It is a good hotel to explore Seville, the swimming pool area was great.
We stay in the hotel 5 nights, me & my daughter. Maybe the hotel doesn’t look so attractive from outside, doesn’t have luxury equipments inside, but offers something special - amazing staffs! The staffs were very friendly and kind anytime we have some request! We have some small issue with heating, but this issue was solved in few minutes! The hotel offers one of the best breakfast! You can find everything what you need! Plenty of healthy food, fruits, vegetables, salami, ham....
As I can see room for improvement is offer good coffee! The coffee is terrible, but I hope it will be fixed until I visit Seville next time :)
