We were lucky to get a very large room to a friendly price, clean, cool view over the stadium and good covid restrictions.
In our room there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, so we had to air it out several times. That was a minus.
The food in the restaurant was ok.

Its a nice hotel in Seville but its far from the city. You can avail bus ( 1.50€) to city. You cant find any shops , restaurants near by. However, its a good option if you have some event to attend in the university. University is 500 mts from the Hotel. Another interesting thing is the stadium which just beside the hotel. You can view this from the restaurant. Dinner option is decent in the restaurant and the breakfast is good with plenty of options. Staffs are really courteous and they speak good english. Its around 25 min by can from the airport and it cost around 25€.
All the rooms are well maintained and they provide all the basic toiletries. However, in the winter if you feel warm there is no option to turn on the AC. Thats a little bit problematic. However, its a nice option to stay.
For a 4* hotel they really should improve quality and service. Staff was very rude and impersonal. Always answering in defense of themselves or the hotel. I ask about gym time (when I did the check in at 9pm) and the guy answered right away that it was almost closing instead of saying the opening and closing hours. I need to ask them again what was the opening time. In the next day the gym was closed and they informed me that we need to ask to open (anybody informed me about that in the day before). When I asked if there was a possibility of charging my electric vehicle the guy was very sarcastic by saying “no, we don’t have...of course we don’t have outlets outside” (it is very common but we do understand they don’t have). The elevator is very slow, makes a lot of noise...they should improve it. The AC is not very cool since it was around 38C outside and we could only lower the room until 26C which is hot anyway. The common areas, specially the room halls, are very hot due to the dark windows. In the breakfast there was missing a lot of times bacon, juice, clean tables. The quality of the breakfast is acceptable but not for a 4* hotel.
Perfect hotel, free parking near to bus(till midnight) station to take you to the center of sevilla
Friendly..a bit outside but few minutes with taxi. Excellent breakfast and nice freshly redecorated rooms
