Don't trust the staff. I got scammed by them.

Staying for 1 month? Pay for 2!
You have to give your notice even before being a member, otherwise you are "late".
edit : despite their answer below, they are not "happy to help". it's very difficult to get a proper response from the customer service. You simply receive threats from the debt collection team.
edit2: according to them I was "1 day late" to give my notice. I told the staff I was only here for a month ... from the very first day. Therefore, there was no way to give notice in advance since I was not even a member of spaces before that.
I went there for a month and told them repeatedly, from day 1 that I was leaving abroad at the end of the month.
They told me to "not worry" and they would deal with the contract.
Yet they charged me for a second month because I had to send a notice 1 month in advance (they made me cancel through an app a few days after after I signed my contract) .
When trying to defend my case, I got told that I don't have a "written proof"'. Apparently, just telling the staff on day 1 isn't enough. You need to both sign the contract and have them receive a written letter at the very moment you sign it.
Long story short, keep written proofs of every interaction and don't trust the staff when they tell you they take care of something and you "don't have to worry".You do have to worry, and they won't take care of whatever problem you have.
Every time I discussed the problem with them, they told me "we've escalated it", "we'll keep you posted, don't worry".
I never received any news whatsoever. However, no problem when it comes to charging you.
Magnificent workplace, I liked it a lot and the cafeteria where you have a very good lunch, has terraces in the sun, I like it a lot, greetings.
I was there with some clients and they were super friendly with everything, very helpful and attentive! The reception team is wonderful !!
The space is amazing! with two magnificent terraces with an incredible view of the city.
Definitely highly recommended.
