I loved the pool and the bathroom. TV, air condition worked fine. Breakfast: Luiz of choices but not too tasty. Sight from some of the rooms is amazing, however the ones which look to the inside are not so good. It is also very loud, my neighbors watched TV so loud that I couldn't sleep and my room was next to the little room where they keep the cleaning supplies so someone was constantly coming and going.. I returned though, because my first time I loved so much and I reserved well in advance, asking for either the same room (even though it was super loud, but I loved looking at the parliament building and the park!) or something on the same side, they said they cannot confirm and reserve a room I want (I said the floor I am staying at doesn't matter, only the side). Upon arrival they said they have upgraded me, giving me a bigger room with no window looking to the street (only to the inside of the building, so I basically kept on looking at other windows...) on the other side. I felt really bad there so I complained and suddenly they have found a room on the side I wanted. So thank you for that, but I wish we could have avoided all this, altough then I wouldn't have the insight to the other rooms and I couldn't write this review. All in all, focus on the park side and it will look amazing. The other rooms might be more silent though, so if that's more important for you, then maybe you will like those better.
I do not give them the stars theydeserved in the past this time. Thank God, the hotel Eurostart Regina called me to let me know that you were no open yet. I do not know your problems or issues but you did not even let Booking know that you were not open yet. You should be more formal to your clients and let them know in advance whatever issues you have had to not be able to be open....thanks
Very bad service. The hotel was closed and nor the Hotel nor Booking called us to let us know. Every time I called no one picked up. I booked through booking.com and they were also not helpful.. terrible experience and loss of lots of money for nothing.
Adequate. The service was good but the hotel is rundown. The breakfast had a good selection. The car park is small, and tricky to manoeuvre in.
Ideal location, only 10min walk to a plaza full of bars & restaurant's. 15 into town centre and 20 to the cathedral. Taxi rank outside hotel and hop on hop off bus stop is just across the street. Pool was perfect for the 46° days we had. Very comfortable room with everything you need. Staff friendly and Breakfast was perfect.
