Nice and comfortable hotel. I always enjoy it. A small disadvantage is location - for those who prefer to enjoy walking in tourist areas.
I was there in 2010. I did't like the stuf. They woke me up at night, when I was sleeping, because I did't pay for my tea!, at the skybar ))) and they coldn't wait until morning, or at the checkout, can u imagine that!!! insane !!!
Hotel is generally very good, just a small minus for the breakfast, not at the level of a 5 star hotel, I was a little disappointed not even fresh fruits available
Impressive and elegant. Professional staff. The rooms are relatively big and well furnished. Perfect for a business trip. There are few restaurants with reasonable prices and good menus. Spa, pool and fitness facilities are included. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to return once again.
I stayed here on and off for three months while working in Moscow in winter. The executive club floor is a must. The rooms are modern and well sized. The service, at least the executive club floor, was top notch. The view at night of the river and the night lights, the day watching the ice floats. I would return here if working nearby. Moscow traffic is abysmal, really pays to stay close to where you need to be.
