Stayed in the hotel for almost 10 days for NYE, the staff is super friendly, location is great, however, the hotel lacks cleanliness and the room service operations were all over the place. I.e. the bathrobe had a hole in it and I would like to assume, that the staff checks these types of errors before putting the items in the room. The towels were not changed, unless we asked them to be changed. All the furniture was super dusty, again I had to ask the staff to wipe the furniture. One time they took the bathrobes and hotel slippers, but did not replace them with the new set of things.... and I lost a clothing item in the room (reported it, hopefully the hotel will get back to me on that).....
...I really like this hotel. Friendly people, comfy beds, warm & colorful rooms & a really good kitchen
The big double windows keep all road noise out, so a good night sleep is easily possible.
Also the SPA & gym section is very appealing.
...for those like me, sime top casual Moscow restaurants are withinn a little 15-25min walk down the big amd quite beautiful Tverskaya road towards “red square” ;-)
Clearly one of my favourit hotels in the city
Fantastic place to stay and dine. The morning buffet is all you can eat, the selection is and so is the price. In the evening the restaurant has great selection as well and some juicy and tender steaks that are to die for. The rooms are very comfortable as are the beds as well. The most amazing part is you are so close to all the best places to visit in downtown Moscow. Highly recommend it.
Luxurious, comfortable and great service! Great location. Would love to stay again.
