I ordered a washing machine on Comfy's website. I paid it right away. I did not have to wait long for its delivery. They brought in the daytime. I did not immediately notice what was missing in the hose kit, because I had delayed unpacking until my husband arrived. It became very sad, because in the documents I signed that everything was fine. But after a few hours, a guy from a delivery service called me unexpectedly and said that they forgot to give the hose back. He promised that he would deliver it after work. That's what I did) I am impressed by such an act)) I am very grateful to this person. Please give him one more thank you from me!
