In this neighborhood, it is a space where you can work quite comfortably. There is a space called Labs, and if you are a startup, you can use fixed stones at a low price. Some unspoken tenants can't manage it, but it's the same everywhere.

The walking distance from the station is a bit, but the facilities are comfortable
