I bought the time share. Says who it'd be operational in early 2020? The marketing said, at least September 2020. It's 2 years behind from what they promised. What make it worse, as an investor, their customer relation is not at best. The customers are expected to regularly check in about the development of the project with them. Arent they supposed to do so?
I have high expectation in this upcoming prospectful invesment with the respected name of Binakarya Group and do hope this is not another scam project which trapped the investor.

The hotel was promised to open in December 2018, but until now it is not clear when it will open. And there is no information whatsoever from Bina Karya. As a well-known developer, Bina Karya should provide updates to its investors from time to time. If there is a delay what is the problem and what is the new schedule. Good faith awaited.
This hotel is very OK. Even though the process of being built (finishing) from the shape of the building is cool you know. Ask with the person who is working, said the beginning of 2020 is operational ... Be prepared to take a vacation, so that you can get the hotel promo price.
Investment is very promising, and delicious does not interfere with our permanent work. every year just receive income without bothering thinking about it.
