We rented 3bedrooms residence and they have big rooms. Clean and comfortable. They provide water, microwave, washing machine. Good service but limited parking. The hotel near market and mini markets.
The facility was pretty nice! It was perfect for my family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The kitchen tools were a bit sparse, but we made it work. Also, the drawers in the kitchen smelled really strongly of mildew. Other than that, no complaints! Lots of space and the ACs worked great.
I was looking forward to the great customer service that I read in other reviews, but we were left a little disappointed, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The staff were very kind and pleasant, but not too helpful. Here are two examples why..
The living room were equipped with a TV and DVD player, but there was only 1 outlet. We asked the staff if they had a power bar so that we could watch a dvd. They said no, they didn’t have one. But it was confusing how they provide a TV and DVD player, with no way to use them! We ended up having to run out and buy one
Next, we washed our laundry (a washer and dryer is provided for hotel guests to use! Score!) but the housekeeping Fuad taken over the dryer. Instead of letting my wet clothes sit and wait for the dryer, I decided to hang dry them. We asked the staff if we could use a dry rack. Nope. They didn’t have one to lend us. So our clothes were just sitting wet, with no dry rack to use, while housekeeping used the guest dryer for their towels. That was a bit frustrating. There were other times I did laundry where housekeeping moved their towels for me. I think they want to try to accommodate you, and they come so close, but not quite there.
Overall, I was pleased with our stay there and I would stay there again. The location is great, the space is great, the staff is friendly, and the price was decent.

Not bad hotel, nice and clean. Good service
The only downside for me is that it’s a ride away from the happenings and the wifi is slow in the 4th floor. Otherwise, the 2-BR unit we got was squeaky clean and nice, the pool is extra, and the breakfast is great. A+ too for the wonderful staff!
