I once go on vacancy and stay at liberta hotel for 2 night. At one night at 11 pm suddenly someone opened my door with unknown access card and he/she is taking my acces card. Fortunately there is a chain locked on my door so the door doesnt opened widely. Its unbelievable how could the other access card opened my door. Then i called the front office to check it out on cctv. But the staff said the cctv is on maintenance and they will checked it at the morning. But when i asked again at the morning, she said the cctv is still on maintenance. I assumed that the cctv is not on working mode. Such a bad experience staying here.
the place has lost its glory. it's outdated. not worth staying anymore.

Good location, price also fair if you can find a good deal. But the service quality is going down recently. Our air con not working properly. I complained but it seems no proper response from management.
I opened the air con filter, then found air con was on very bad condition. Very dirty filter (see photo)
After cleaned filter, air con was working properly again.
I also mentioned this to front office, they only said sorry, and their manager was not saying any single word.
Stayed 2 nights only.
