After renovation this hotel is the coziest place in the city. Breakfasts are too simple and primitive. But yet not bad. Anybody can find something for himself. Absolutely supporting and positive personnel.
Hotel is located very good. In the center, near team station. 10.minutes till lake. 25 min takes till airport
Met some friends for breakfast and was delighted to enjoy a lovely Coffee and brunch buffet

The hotel itself is good no doubt but very bad staff not helpful at all they don’t know know how to handle the staff , they have the check out time at 12 pm and at the same time the staff has gone for their lunch all of them not a single person to help you with your stuff and the breakfast not much choices plus when we checked in at around 4:30 or 5 pm there was no one just one person sitting in the reception no one to take you to your room or help you with your luggage , the wash basin was blocked and when we called the reception he asked us to wait until next morning coz he said he was alone and he cannot leave the table, I mean come on such a big hotel with just one stafff working
Very nice hotel. Very well located makes it easy to explore Zürich. Near the city center and all the means of transportation available very close.
