A Real Gem! Great location, next to the main slopes with beautiful pools, sauna, steam rooms. We are really pleased with had the half-board option.
We had a large suite for us and our 2 children (2 rooms) . It was very quiet (we couldn't hear any noise from the road)
The hotel delivered on every level; the food was delicious, the staff we so professional and we were made to feel that nothing was too much to ask. The pool warm, plenty of towels.
We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will be back next year!

Situated on a loudly trafficked street so the rooms facing the pool are noisy!
Really nice hotel, deserves the 4*
The hotel has good facilities comparing with other hotels. The food here is great, and the staff is pleasant and polite. The spa facilities are good, but the way everything is located inside the hotel is quite not good. The areas next to the pool are here this and that, small spaces. Next to the poll to much ups and downs. The pool itself does not have all time the same water, we been here 3 days: only on the 1st day the water inside and outside was hot. The other days the water would be cold outside or hot inside and cold outside. The hotel should work with the temperature and have the special equipment for this not to be like that. It would be also good to have the snack bag around the pool, but only next to the new saunas. There are 2 areas with saunas: one next to the swilling pool and other one like the saunas only. There are more people at the saunas area and they have the new saunas, but the one which is next to the swimming pool has better quality at it made of stone. The spa had a good renovation comparing to the rooms. The rooms have not been renovated, they have that small of old rooms inside, but all the rooms do have a good view to the mountains. There is also a parking downstairs. The most interesting part that the people have to bring everything from the car to the room by themselves, why you do not have the service of helping people with the language? At the entrance there is only reception and no more people to help you. At this type of the hotel it should be included, the price should not be the one which is asked but around 50€ down for one night. There is also the most terrible isolation at the 2nd floor, on Saturday at 10:30 pm there would be some life music which you would be able to hear and nobody at the reception would be picking up the phone. There are some rules which are made to be followed that after 10 pm there should be no noise ( which is a law by the way) , if you would like to have life music please, but make sure that the rest of the people which do prefer to sleep at that time are able to have a rest. I did not had any pressure of staying here.
