Honestly, I’m disappointed. They can’t answer phones correctly, so it’s outsourced to a different facility. They have lost my mail repeatedly and delivered the mail belonging to other clients to me on multiple occasions. Different managers make up the facility rules as they go, but are inconsistent. They make promises, but fail to keep them. Now, they’ve become unresponsive to emails. The situation is additionally frustrating because we have printed materials with the address on them, which will require reprinting if we move away from their service. I like the Regus/Spaces company as a whole and have had several positive experiences in other locations, just not at Pioneer Square.
