My experience with the office space itself was fine, so this review applies more to Regus as a whole than to this particular facility.
Because of a direct-debit glitch, I have double-payed for about five months worth of office rents. While Regus has agreed multiple times that this is entirely their error- *they seem to be unable to work their own refund process.*
It has been like something out of a Kafka novel. I am not exaggerating.
It is not like I just sat back and watched it happen, though. From the beginning, I have been in contact with people all over the Regus organization. In total, it looks I have contacted them about two-dozen times, and been given nearly as many different instructions and recommendations.
In the process, I have had my online admin access to my account accidentally deleted, I have been sent late notices for periods after I was ever in the office, and I have been told the problem was solved several times- only to find out that this is apparently never, ever, true.
I sent the first email about this is July. It is now December, and I have just been sent yet another new form to have Regus look into this.
There are so many reporters exploring all the ways that WeWork is being badly run. It may be time for them to look at some of the others in this space.
I have much more to say, but need to save my energy for filling out the latest batch of paperwork (in Excel format) that Regus has just sent me!
I love the convenience and the amenities provided by the staff at the Regus Columbia Tower business center! Anything I need help with, I get help with. From figuring out if an envelope needs one stamp or two, to just having them mail it for me. If I need something they probably have it or an extra (like the plain old CD-R I needed the other day in a pinch), and they know what's located near. Like when they knew that there was a Notary Public right across the street. This is a great place to have an office.
Perfect office space, with the best views in Seattle and first class amenities. Also, the Regus team is very professional, helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend this Regus location for any small business looking for office space.
