Reviews from visitors:
There are many options when it comes to virtual mailboxes. I have had my fair share of issues with ICS but I stayed with them because I figured they would get their footing eventually. Unfortunately, after many complications, I didn't write "please" or "thank you" when attempting to figure out where my package was and they wrote back with an insulting email. I canceled immediately and suggested to colleagues and friends to choose a different mail handler. Thin skinned when it comes to business.
When you deal with something as sensitive as a persons mail, you need to be on-time, in the office when listed, thorough when it comes to listing what mail is currently in the box. If you can't meet such basic expectations, don't be surprised if a customer is stressed when reaching out. Good luck!
Edit: Apparently they also threaten you. I received an email and a call demanding I take down my review within 24 hours and that they still have my mail. Then they sent another email the next day stating the following.
"Regarding your statement online on Google, our attorney is sending you a certified document which we always send to clients when a defamatory statement is made online about the company."
Poor communication and responsiveness. I have been unable to get any email response.
They also did not process my cancellation request and are now attempting to charge me for another year.
I'd suggest shopping around, other places have better customer service and better rates.
We've gone virtual after decade in brick and mortal. Finally found InCitySpace is the best and affordable virtual office. After visiting the location, we decided to sign up for yearly at very affordable cost. I recommend this place to all our client going virtual office. This place is well organized and presentable for meeting and receiving mail and packages. Thanks again for your good services specialy during this "pandemic"
We signed up with ICS about a year ago after learning the Ballard and 5th Ave locations service a lot of real estate and finance companies. They’ve been Absolutely great. We have our business mail forwarded or scanned weekly, which is the way to go. Not the best for personal package pickup, as access hours are by appointment, but for business, awesome service.
Do not use this service. Customer service is terrible and the manager is rude. I had a huge box and instead of offering to help me he told me “don’t steal my hand cart.” They only allow you to pickup mail certain hours and then they are not open when they say they will be. I came to pickup my mail at a quarter to six (since I was at work all day) and they had closed already. Never had a problem getting mail at UPS and had a key to the office so could get it anytime. If you need to pickup mail locally this is not the place for you. They make it unnecessarily difficult to get your own mail. Stay away. Thought this was a virtual office, apparently only for people who don’t work!
