We signed a six month lease and before we took possession our business plans unfortunately changed. ZERO FLEXIBILITY. Our furniture had not even been delivered yet and we were merely told pay up! That’s that. Moved to smaller space but we didn’t need it. They had the flexibility to charge us just a month for inconvenience but the leasing person didn’t want to lose their commissions / bonus I suspect. Gave us no one higher up to talk to. So beware!! sign ONLY month to month or you’re screwed, they will take your money.
I have maintained an office at the Regus Scottsdale Kierland location for the past two and one-half years. During that time, the center has always met or exceeded my high expectations. It is the perfect combination of service, aesthetics, and atmosphere that I was seeking for my business. The staff is always friendly and fast to respond to any requests.
I would definitely highly recommend this location to anyone seeking an office location.
Absolute lovely office space with many amenities. Front desk staff & general manager friendly, informative, and helpful. They make each guest & associate feel comfortable.
I've used the office a few times, and found it clean and professional. Conveniently located across the street from Kierland Commons, it feels very upscale and a great place to get some work done.
The receptionist is very professional and give your business and impressive appearance.
We initially decided to get an office at the Regus Scottsdale Greenway location because it sat in the heart of North Scottsdale's best shopping, food, and business district.
Little did we know that beyond this stellar location were going to be a group of amazing people who would truly care for our business. The staff at this location is well trained, attentive, and very professional. As a business owner, from the time you walk into the Regus building on Monday morning until you leave on Friday evening, the Regus staff will not disappoint.
This locations amazing team is led by Judi Crane and she has surrounded herself with exceptional talent including Dominee, Michelle, and Destiney.
I would fully recommend Regus and this location simply because of the staff.
