I have not used this location yet, but I had such a great experience when I shopped it that I wanted to leave a review already. The manager and the receptionists were very personable, very professional and they were great in following up with me after touring. I appreciated being able to get ahold of the same people to ask questions before, during and after touring. That was not my experience with some other places. They have a lot of flexibility in their options from a simple mail/address "virtual office" all the way up to a private office and many ways to mix-and-match in between. The space is very clean and professional with nice amenities. At the same time, especially for a place in Biltmore with people doing serious business, it has a very warm and friendly vibe.
Beautiful location and concept! Coffees are great and their. pastries too. Great place to bring your laptop and do some work or just stop by after a bike ride
My experience at CO+HOOTS has been nothing but amazing. Waffle Wednesdays, member meetings, focus/call booths. I used it as a part time place to work. A couple days at CO+, a few days at home. And I was blown away by how many awesome people I met and great connections that were made within the first week or two. Jenny and Odeen (who run it) are outstanding humans... and they attract the best co-workers. 10/10 would recommend
This is the 3rd workspace that I have been a part of in the phoenix area and Industrious is in a category by themselves. The vibe of the decor and office space is very cool with a great layout. Doug and Brittany are incredible. They care about every detail. From the breakfast every morning to the snacks in the afternoon, everything is above and beyond expectations. They have created an killer community to be a part of and an experience I haven't found anywhere else in phoenix.
It was bitter sweet leaving our last office in downtown Scottsdale as we had an amazing built out office for our marketing agency and we were worried that a co-working space would be too noisy, distracting, not enough privacy, and our amazing snacks in our private kitchen would be missed. We had many items on our "must have" list and our team toured Industrious in Scottsdale Fashion Square and instantly knew it was going to be our team's next home away from home. Not only are the important business items taken care of such as an awesome office, conference rooms, friendly other members and great downtown Scottsdale location but equally important are the friendly and beyond helpful community managers, Brittany & Giuly, and the endless supply of delicious and often healthy snacks. If the traditional office space is not for your business and you are thinking of a co-working option, I definitely recommend you give Industrious @ Scottsdale Fashion Square a tour. You will love it!
This is a fantastic office/co-working space. The decor is beautiful and always well kept. The view from this top floor is fantastic. A Ridiculous amount of perks and goodies every week. My coworkers and I love this place. Shout out Heather, Amanda, and Rachael for doing a fantastic job and making sure we have everything we need and more. I can't imagine a better space.
I’ve worked at numerous co-working spaces in NYC, San Diego, Denver, and Phoenix, (WeWork, Spacious, Greendesk) and this is my favorite (and the best, in my opinion) by far.
I’ve been working here off and on for over a year and love it. The staff, lead by Marissa, are incredibly professional, kind, helpful, and accommodating. It’s a great spot for working professionals and doesn’t have the busyness, loudness, or craziness of other chain co-working spaces. It’s creative and comfortable, and has all the resources you need for office work and more. It’s in a great location near plenty of coffee and food, and they even have Cartel coffee in house. They also have flexible desk/membership options and are more affordable than other spaces. If you want a creative, friendly, and professional space, this is your spot!
Renewed my lease for a second year here. Right in the heart of downtown Scottsdale with a variety of place to out to around. The community is well maintained and offers all the amenities, the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. It might get a little crowded and loud on some sides of the complex over the weekends but you can always find a unit which would be insulated from the noise.
Hera Hub is amazing! My non-profit organization held an event here and everyone absolutely loved the space! It was large enough for 50 of us to move comfortably around plus we had plenty of room to set up food, merchandise table, etc. The rooms are very well decorated with a perfect combination of trendy and tranquil. I could not have been happier with Hera Hub and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a space to use!
I've used a lot of Spaces sites for co-working, and my company rents a few offices from them in DC. I have to say that while this Spaces clearly follows the general formula, it's just a little more crisp. The folks who manage it (esp. Mary and Kate at the front desk) are super-friendly and helpful, there's a nice layout, and the on-site barista is on it.
The Wayne Smith is simply an amazing workplace. I am a Data Scientist working remotely and use the coworking spaces here to do my work. The general atmosphere is very calming and lets me focus on my work. The owner Salim is extremely helpful. The garden is very pleasant to relax, have lunch or work. I have been working here for 2 months and it could not have been better!
There's not enough good things for me to say about the CUBExec experience. It is truly the best co-working office I've ever been in. Not only is the management incredible response, friendly and efficient, the services included in your co-working package FAR outweigh what you're getting in value. It is well priced, and the community at the DC Ranch location is a professional group of people that create a welcoming, inclusive vibe while still maintaining your privacy and need for space. If you're considering a co-working space that doesn't have all the drawbacks of an open floorplan, this is IT!
DeskHub couldn't have opened at a more opportune time for my company. As a startup, our sublease was ending and we needed to find an affordable place that also enabled our company to scale when necessary. We were fortunate to learn about DeskHub at that time and we quickly became one of their first tenants. We have been here for almost a year and we are very happy.
My initial concern was whether or not noise from other companies could effect our daily tasks. Honestly, it was surprising to learn that this wasn't an issue for us at all. Not to mention, the relationships and opportunities that come up on a regular basis are priceless.

Working at MAC6 was an unbelievably wonderful experience. The open type concept of the MA6 buildings on Broadway and Park Lane offered great opportunities for collaboration and community building. And, if you're the type that likes some quiet space, they also offer offices and suites. The relationships I built while working at MAC6 have been long-lasting through my retirement. There is something to say about a business that is a community that is a business that stays with you long after you've moved onto other things. The people at MAC6 are good people offering great opportunities in a great location, with good amenities (including a gym) to build a business.
I was visiting Phoenix and on I had to do work last minute and I found this place. Eric and team were super friendly and accommodating and they got me a nice office so I can work for the day. Reliable fast wifi and great team. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get an office.
Novel Coworking is a great environment to walk into everyday! It's always kept clean and feels warm and welcoming. There are fun floor gatherings for events and daily coffee, tea and beer available. Novel does a great job at supporting all the different businesses needs and takes care of any issues quickly. I would recommend joining Novel to anyone who needs a working space that is inclusive, efficient, and fun.
Amazing facilities and a great receptionist in Christina. She manages the space very well and has a wonderful way of keeping the area clean and welcoming. I will be using Regis for all my space and management needs because of this facility.
Total disclosure- i'm biased as I work for ASU (and this space is a part of ASU). However, 1951 @ SkySong is a beautiful space that is worth visiting as a co-working space - but the amazing events they run, and the staff that work their, make this space a 'must visit' for every entrepreneur, student, alumni or community member who wants to see what 'entrepreneurship' and/or 'innovation' looks and feels like!
I have maintained an office at the Regus Scottsdale Kierland location for the past two and one-half years. During that time, the center has always met or exceeded my high expectations. It is the perfect combination of service, aesthetics, and atmosphere that I was seeking for my business. The staff is always friendly and fast to respond to any requests.
I would definitely highly recommend this location to anyone seeking an office location.
