Top service! Very friendly staff! Always courteous, competent and helpful! Definitely recommendable.
Unfortunately I have to say that my experience with Senger has been bad. It's not about rudeness or friendliness at reception. I would like to briefly describe my last problem below and that was not the only bad experience I had with SENGER over the past few years. For almost all things in the car, I've been going to the Schneider company in Timmendorfer Strand for a long time. They are not only friendly but also helpful and competent.
If the key battery has to be replaced, SENGER is not able to teach the key to the vehicle again directly after the battery has been replaced. That means the key has a new battery but still doesn't work. The (not really friendly and unhelpful) man in charge of the spare parts is of course not responsible for "that is what the mechanic colleagues do". Since the really friendly lady on the sensation had already told me before forwarding it to the spare parts group that a separate appointment would have to be made for any necessary relearning of the key, I left with a new battery in the key in frustration.
My hope is the internet. I found good instructions on the internet and 1min. later I had the key functional. That made me happy and motivated me to make this assessment.
For me, this is SENGER's indictment that I first have to look for the solution on the Internet to get the key working and that a separate appointment has to be made at SENGER to carry out the 1minute after changing the battery.
I would like to write my experiences after the great reviews. But the garage is about more than friendliness at reception. Many of my friends share bad experiences with SENGER, so the 4.0 rating is very flattered in my opinion.

Many thanks to the super nice Skoda salesman in Eutin, who held the position today on Saturday at> 30 degrees in the shade. Service and workshop were not manned due to short-time working. He nevertheless found a solution so that I was back on the road with my VW Touran. that was great! Unfortunately I didn't remember the name, otherwise I would have mentioned it here.
Top workshop service with tips included. I didn't buy my VW locally, but the next one will definitely come from Eutin.
