Reviews from visitors:
Long term investment firm from Miami. Building a private parking garage on a residential street ruining the character of a charming historic district. Generic architecture not in scale or blending with current multi-use buildings. Tragic display of profit over people.
The locals you’re marketing to hate basically every single thing about this. Super sketchy developer who cozies up to political figures in Savannah. This is money killing art and culture. Good luck, because you’re definitely going to need it.
EDIT: Did I mention they’re suing their neighbors?
College students and Millennials beware. They are marketing to you but this project consists of yuppies who only want to turn a profit despite lowering the quality of life for the residents of Starland. Their parking garage is unsafe and it’s highly questionable how they obtained the local police station and are optioning to remove it to build low quality expensive housing.
Private developer who is suing the neighbors
Out of scale!
