Always friendly, fast and reliable!
After 9 years I finally moved back to my homeland and wanted to have a nice little apartment for myself. Since it was difficult to get good apartments at that time, I got in touch with pretty much every provider, property management company or company.
I particularly liked the open way of handling and discussing things with the employees. There were no false promises that either the apartment was available or not.
in less than 3 weeks everything went smoothly and I had my apartment!
Even for a few minor repairs, a craftsman would always come quickly to fix the problem.
I've been living there for almost a year now and have nothing negative to say.
You can always be in contact with the employees and with Ms. Schulz, and you are always reliable!
All in all, simply a super performance that deserves 5 stars every time!
I rented an apartment from the administration. My experience is very positive. The lease was explained to me thoroughly by the employee before it was signed and all questions were answered. All agreements were kept. Great friendly team.

Better look for a sensible property management company and stay away from them.
If I had read the rest of the reviews (those that were not written positively by my own employees) beforehand, I could have saved myself a lot.
We, a small family, moved from Rügen to Stralsund. In response to our written request, we promptly responded by telephone with a proposal for a viewing appointment. Everything was just right. The sympathy and friendliness of the employee as well as the apartment. Thanks to the team
A very good property manager who always dealt with my concerns quickly and competently. Simply recommended. I have only had good experiences with property management. After 2 years I changed my place of residence and can only report positive things.
