Excellent service. Good people. Care the customers. I rent often and always with smile and respect.
We had picked up our car from Bordeaux Airport and later discovered we had been overcharged. As we were staying in Sarlat for a couple of days we went to their office here to see what could be done. The lady was as helpful as she could be. She explained that her office is only a franchise and while she could not correct the overcharging she put some notes on our booking in the system for when we return the car. We thank her for her assistance.
