Due to a serious sudden family illness we were forced to cancel at short notice. The hotel was within their rights to deduct the full amount of our stay from our credit card and did so but they lacked complete empathy, it was just business, they didn't see any human dimension, contact was cold they didn't wish us well or wish us well. Perhaps Lora Roquecave at reception was new, in training or was just having a bad day herself, I don't know but it left a bad taste.
It is just an okay place with a terrible bar where they only serve you wine from a machine that might not work and then you are left with a smaller serving than it should be. The service is amazing the only problem is the wine machine not to mention that the room is quite average nothing special and we paid a lot of money for the room 277 euros to be precise. The musician on Sunday is AMAZING so don’t miss it and you don’t have to stay here.
Beautiful hotel in the best location in town. The Saturday’s market is right in front of the hotel. There are some parking in the front and a cute little terrace for those warmer days . Inside are a mixture of modern and decor and business like atmosphere with a pool table and nice bar. We were the only customers so service was rather quick.
Beautiful and old classic hotel but not pretentious. Nice and cozy spa and excellent location. Would stay here again.
Spectacular hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Fun bar. Didn’t try pool or spa but look great.
Note that parking is on the other side of town. Not an huge walk though.
