Very good location quite close to city centre and beaches (Capo Testo, Rena Bianca), spacious room + bathroom and huge balcony overlooking the city (2nd floor).
Friendly staff reacting quickly. Its overall quite new bright building so it looks modern from outside. There were some minor annoyances (toillet flush not working always perfectly or wi-fi not working always 100%), but that was not bothering to spoil very nice week that we spent there.
Breakfast selection was a bit "basic" only (also not self - service ... due to Covid I suppose), but its not classic hotel (its apart hotel in fact) so it was OK and acceptable.
We did not tried the pool, but it looked fine and clean, nevertheless if you have such great beaches around its nonsense to spend any time there.
Overall good value for money, the best feature is its location, clean and bright rooms and friendly staff.

Room is alright (bed is a bit dodgy), bathroom is nicely refurbished. There is a fridge in the room, which is convenient for having breakfast but it's quite noisy, might be a problem for some. Small balkony with excellent view, location very central in the pretty city of S. Maria G.
We stayed at the Residence la Contessa, in Santa Teresa di Gallura, where we were assigned a "standard" three-room apartment as requested by us. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift (having the one year old daughter, perhaps they could have been more careful) with the entrance to the condominium open and with the intercom half broken. As soon as you enter the house, the air becomes heavy, you immediately notice: the holes in the wall where the air conditioners were installed, old and ruined furniture, a kitchen with a broken and out of order refrigerator and the other in good condition center of the room, the extractor hood that cannot be opened because it is unsafe, the cutlery and the container itself dirty and encrusted, the spoons moldy, the pots dirty. In short, a kitchen that lacks hygiene, mold everywhere !! From windows to shutters with broken shutters and mold on the handles. Moving towards the bathroom and the sleeping area, we immediately notice a curiosity: the glass corridor door, but without the glass . Following the "traces" of humidity along the walls, we arrive at the bathroom.
We turn on the main bathroom light and see that the bulb is attached to the "dangling" wires from the ceiling; the mirror has a burnt out light and the connections of a washing machine that was probably installed previously in the apartment are in plain sight.
Finally in the room to put down the suitcases and ... surprise !! In one room the ceiling was inexplicably pierced and in the other the usual air conditioner holes removed. Everything looks like it has been left to itself. Sure to find "understanding" from the structure we go to the reception. After explaining and showing them the photos of the apartment, certain that they were not aware of such a situation either, we are treated rudely and invited to find another property in case our accommodation did not go well. Having used the holiday bonus, which is non-refundable in any way, we had no choice but to "threaten" to call the ASL, given the precarious hygienic conditions. This last word had some effect, and on the same day, while we were at the sea, back home, we notice that we had visitors ... new cutlery, new pots, plugged holes and ceiling lights appeared in the bathroom. In short, something had moved. Finally we can relax, a nice shower ... stop everyone, or the tap on in the kitchen or the shower in the bathroom (luckily too). In short, our holiday does not begin in the best way, we just have to sleep on it. The next morning at 6 we realized that even in the bedroom there were 3/4 slats on the blinds, so I let you imagine the amount of light in the room. In short, a Residence to forget, a horror movie apartment, without cleaning and let alone sanitizing the room in times of Covid. All this with a 1 year old girl, I leave you to imagine the difficulties. All that you have not been able to imagine, well I'll help you with some photos published on TripAdvisor @ VincenzoVins15. Staff very kind and helpful. Well organized apartments, with parking always available (July). To reach the Rena Bianca beach in 5/8 minutes on foot, you can reach it via a staircase or passing from the church square going down the street.
At 10 minutes on foot / 5 by car there are supermarkets, tobacconists, newsagents, restaurants, bakeries, fishmongers and butchers.
In the residence there is a swimming pool and the possibility to book the hot tubs on the roof.
Excellent structure for children and couples.
The two-room apartment is also suitable for 4 people if you take into account not to stay at home practically never given the beautiful beaches in the area.
We will definitely be back!
