Prepared and kind girls I go back to them every year for the ticket
Today my husband kindly went to ask for the self-declaration form x covid for the Olbia Civitavecchia route with Grimaldi as being tourists we do not have a printer and unfortunately being in the hospital with my little daughter for more than a week it was impossible for me to recover this form .... the very kind answer he got was this .... he didn't buy the ticket here so we won't give it to him ... given that my whole family has been making tickets in this agency for 40 years I sincerely say that you are miserable and poor .... SHAME
