La Reggia di Nausica "is a beautiful elegant residence, built in Sardinian style with a double swimming pool with private gardens, and a shared garden. Well maintained..and maintained ... A defect that I find after so many qualities. .. near the water purifier you can smell the drains of the town ... right to do the work in the country roads, furniture, urban etc. etc. however they should intervene x avoid this not only to Nausica but to the whole neighborhood. ... If I had the possibility I would buy at Nausica ... Thanks ...
