Great place to rent an office. Lots of neat businesses start out here. Well designed building. Super-cool, friendly, people run the place and work at the Incubator. Good vibes. Good light. Lots of beautiful plants and flowers near the entrance. A variety of spaces including workshops and bio labs. Pet friendly. There's a courtyard area. The drinking water is filtered. They promote recycling. The building is pretty energy efficient. Progressive place to have a business.
Great people there to give business advice to new businesses.
This is a great place to work, and a great place for meetings. It's modern, well-appointed, and has good facilities available.
Easy access clean facility
Taking my raw business idea to the SFBI was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Having my coach, Sean, walk me through their Runway pre-incubation program - to vet my idea to see if it could develop into a viable business - while constantly connecting me with people and resources that generously helped me get answers to questions I didn't even know I had, has been priceless.
