Definitely bad experience even before the assignment. Area agent very critical of the building, the property and in general the inhabitants of the neighborhood, as if he had to buy rather than sell. The promise to provide a first rough assessment within two days was not kept. The call came only 8 days later when I had made another commitment with a faster and more available agency. The agent treated me with little education, without apologizing or justifying the delay and without trying to recover the client for a possible future. While I was trying to explain my reasons, she ended the call. Absolutely not up to a company with claims of internationality and prestige. Too bad we can't put less than one star.
Absolutely embarrassing. They don't know how to do their job
They treat real estate of prestige and not but they are skilled in making beautiful photos that make it look all the more beautiful so as to justify the very high prices and in addition they ask for 4% commission on the sale. Things worth 40,000 even placed at 70,000 !! It is worthwhile only for those who want to sell. Staff not always kind and not very helpful.
Absolutely negative experience. Immobilized property and only waste of time! Disappointment
