Over the years we have rented multiple properties through Vacant San Vito. Benedetto is always very helpful and responsive during the rental process. He and his associates are also easily accessible and willing to help should there be any need during the rental period. Check in and check out are always simple and efficient. The properties are always clean and as advertised. We will continue to do business with Benedetto and Vacanza San Vito in the years to come!
We have booked apartments in San Vito on Sept 2018 with help of Benedetto, the owner of agency.
I guess, he has the most pretty apartments in San Vito. Dealing with Benedetto was good, everything was just-in-time: transfer from airport, accomodation, solving all problems.
We are the family from Moscow, Russia with 2 kids. Stayed in Calipso appts from 13 till 21 Sept 2018.
San Vito nn needs our positive review to convince someone to visit it because it is simply beautiful, what instead deserves two more words is the service offered by Benedetto and his agency: EXCELLENT !!!

Two stars because I've never heard myself say "either pay everything before or pay on arrival in CASH". You got it right, not credit card but CASH money .....
It's okay to settle everything before, but with Booking which is a guarantee, certainly not with a local agency that I have never heard of before and that maybe doesn't even exist.
In addition, the request for the cash balance is madness.
After a long discussion the owner gives in but wants the guarantee of instant bank transfer, with immediate CRO release.
The beautiful house, delivered clean, but with a big cockroach problem.
Notified the owner of the agency of the presence of the many insects.
In the days that followed, the owner called me back to find out if I had made the transfer and not even apologize for the insects or to find out how he was doing with the little animals inside the house ... Crazy.
So never again with this agency. A thousand times better with Booking or Airbnb.
This year, for the first time, we turned to this agency for our holiday in San Vito, greatly appreciating almost everything: the professionalism of Benedetto La Rocca, precise, available and ready to solve any problems, the comfort of the houses ( we have experienced two, Ithaca and Venus), functional, equipped with every comfort, spotlessly clean and equipped with spectacular terraces as well as equipped to be perfectly usable (sunbeds, table, barbecue, shade), the bikes provided, the parking space, the distance from the beach ... In short, my heartfelt thanks to Benedetto for the care and passion he puts into his work. What can I say, perfect holidays!
